Q. My wedding is in July. How soon should we pick out tuxedos? Cathy, Puyallup

A. There is no time like the present! Now that you’re thinking about tuxedos you should go ahead and start shopping for styles. We suggest that you come in to
the store and register the names and styles for your wedding at least 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding. We can certainly help you in less time but who needs the
added stress?

Q. We have several out-of-town ushers. If there isn’t a Top Hat Formal Wear near them, how do they get fitted for our wedding? Susan, Olalla.

A. Simply direct your out of town ushers/groomsmen to our website where they can download the Top Hat Formal Wear out of town measurement form. Have them take the form to their local tuxedo shop and ask for a courtesy fitting. All your ushers/groomsmen need to do is mail, fax or email the measurement card to Top Hat Formal Wear. We use our 30+ years of experience to audit the sizes. We will then have their tuxedo hanging in the store on the final fitting day. Having all the tuxedos in one location insures that your guys are getting the right styles and colors!

Q. Do we need an appointment to come in and look at styles? Bianca, Tacoma

A. Certainly not! We have over 30 mannequins in the store wearing a variety of our most popular styles. We’re happy to mix and match outfits on the displays and even have the groom try on if we have his size in the store!
